Application Requirements
1. For Hunan Provincial International Student Scholarship: Non-Chinese citizens, friendly to China; abide by Chinese laws and university regulations; good moral character, honesty and trustworthiness, good health; good academic performance (degree students); for "Belt and Road" language student scholarship: new students recruited from "Belt and Road" countries, not entrusted to intermediaries;
2. For university-level scholarships: abide by Chinese laws and university regulations; friendly to China, respect Chinese social morality and customs; diligent in study, good academic performance, no absences or make-up exams (GPA 3.0+ for first-class, 2.5+ for second-class); actively participate in university activities;
3. For university-level grants: family financial difficulties;
4. International students who have obtained Hunan Provincial International Student Scholarship can directly enjoy the honor of university-level first-class scholarship, and the bonuses will not be paid repeatedly.
Application Deadline
Degree students apply annually to the university; specific deadline shall be subject to the official announcement of the university each year.
