Application Requirements
1. Non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports, friendly to China; 2. Abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the university's rules and regulations; 3. Have good moral character, honesty and trustworthiness, and good health; 4. Meet the academic and language requirements for the applied program; 5. For "Belt and Road" language student scholarship: new students recruited from "Belt and Road" countries; 6. Meet the relevant provisions of the "Hunan Provincial Student Financial Aid Fund Management Measures".
Application Deadline
Subject to the official announcement of the university each year (the 2025 "Belt and Road" Language Student Scholarship announcement was released on June 9).
