Application Requirements
1. Non-Chinese citizen with valid passport, healthy and friendly to China.
2. Equivalent to Chinese high school graduation, under 30 years old.
3. Language requirement: HSK Level 4+ for Chinese-taught; IELTS 6.0+TOEFL 78+ for English-taught.
4. Good academic performance, no criminal record, interested in marine-related majors (preferred).
