Application Requirements
1. Non-Chinese citizen with valid passport, in good health and friendly to China.
2. Equivalent to Chinese high school graduation, under 30 years old.
3. HSK Level 4+ for Chinese-taught programs; relevant English certificate for English-taught programs.
4. Good academic performance, no criminal record, with good conduct.
5. Priority for students interested in Chinese language education and Minnan culture.

March 15 - April 20 every year (for reference)
