Application Requirements
1. Non-Chinese citizen with valid passport, in good health and friendly to China.
2. Equivalent to Chinese high school graduation, under 30 years old.
3. Language requirements: HSK Level 4+ for Chinese-taught; IELTS 6.0+/TOEFL 78+ for English-taught.
4. Good academic performance, no criminal record, with certain foundation in engineering majors (preferred).

March 15 - April 25 every year (for reference)
